Hello Travel Policy Contacts,

The Statewide Travel Policy (OAM 40.10.00<https://www.oregon.gov/das/Financial/Acctng/Documents/40.10.00.pdf>) has been updated to reflect the changes made pursuant to CHRO Policy 50.050.01<https://www.oregon.gov/das/Policies/50-050-01.pdf> Working Remotely, which was placed out-for-comment earlier this year, along with the revised private vehicle mileage reimbursement rates, which will be effective July 1, 2022. The new rates are: $0.625 per mile (full rate), $0.22 per mile (reduced rate), and $1.81 per nautical mile for privately owned aircrafts. For travel occurring from January 1, 2022 through June 30, 2022, the rates will remain as: $0.585 per mile (full rate), $0.18 per mile (reduced rate) and $1.515 per nautical mile for privately owned aircraft. The Travel Expense Detail Sheet (OAM 75.40.01<https://www.oregon.gov/das/Financial/Acctng/Documents/75.40.01.FO.xlsx>) has also been updated to include the approved worktype option and the revised mileage rates.

Comparing the versions placed out-for-comment to the final approved versions of the Statewide Travel Policy and the TEDS, only minor changes were made the to the Statewide Travel Policy and no changes were made to the TEDS.
