[Travel_Policy-News] Updated mileage rates

Hello Travel Policy Contacts,

OAM 40.10.00 Statewide Travel Policy has been updated to reflect the 2023 auto mileage rates which are as follows:

The privately owned aircraft reimbursement rate was also updated from $1.81 per nautical mile to $1.74 per nautical mile.

Something else I wanted to note, I removed the Mileage Chart section of the OAM:

The link was no longer working and I believe most were using mapping sites instead to determine the distance between locations.
