[Treasury-News] Upcoming December Holidays

On Friday December 24th, 2010, and again on Friday December 31st, 2010 the Federal Reserve and US Bank will be open; but the State of Oregon will be closed.  Because of this, Treasury will be posting all files received from the banks, running end-of-day cycles, creating account statements and making available all post and redeemed check files to our customers on December 24th and December 31st.

Incoming ACH and ACH returned items will be processed and distributed to agencies as normal on Friday, December 24th and Friday December 31st.

Agencies that receive output files from Treasury can contact our Operations Help Desk at 971-208-2558, or via email at helpdesk at ost.state.or.us<mailto:helpdesk at ost.state.or.us>  the week of December 27th or January 3rd if they need to have a previously distributed Treasury output file resent.

Both December 24th and December 31st are good banking dates for ACH settlement purposes.

Agencies originating ACH through Treasury should make note of the following:
*       STAN Online Agencies -
o       STAN Online will be unavailable from 1:00 PM Thursday December 23rd until 7:00 AM Monday, December 27th.

o       STAN Online will also be unavailable from 1:00 PM Thursday, December 30th until 7:00 AM Monday, January 3rd.

*       Site to Site Agencies -
o       On December 24th Treasury will be picking up and processing Site to Site ACH files received by 8:30 AM.  Site to Site ACH files sent to Treasury after 8:30 AM on Friday December 24th will be processed by Treasury on Monday, December 27th.
*       Note: For files picked up after 8:30 am on December 24th the Effective Date will need to be December 28th or later.

o       On December 31st Treasury will be picking up and processing Site to Site ACH files received by 8:30 AM.  Site to Site ACH files sent to Treasury after 8:30 AM on Friday December 31st will be processed by Treasury on Monday, January 3rd.
*       Note: For files picked up after 8:30 am on December 31st the Effective Date will need to be January 4th or later.
