[Treasury-News] Updated Check/Warrant Image Request Form available on our website

As we mentioned in our January Cash Management Newsletter, we have begun to revise our Cash Management Forms. These forms are currently available online as Word documents that can be printed, completed, and faxed or sent in.

Our C-7 Check/Warrant Image Request form has been revised and is now available on our website via the link below as a "fillable" PDF document.  Once filled in, the updated form is sent to Treasury via e-mail by clicking on the "Submit via email" button located on the form.
