Security Reminder
You may have recently been made aware that what's being described as a "massive" security breach at email marketing firm Epsilon has compromised customer names and emails of some of the largest companies in the United States. This breach is far reaching and a large number of businesses and financial institutions have been affected by the breach. We would like to take this opportunity to remind you if you receive an email from a known business, please remember that reputable businesses will never request information such as personal ID, password, social security number or any of personally identifiable information from you. For your security, never share this type of information in response to an email request at any time.

U.S. Bank is one of the many companies nationally that use Epsilon to distribute marketing emails to account holders, including potentially non-customers that may have sought information from the www.usbank.com<http://www.usbank.com/> website. They also routed informational messages and alerts that reflect updates from U.S. Bank on various services, one of which is SinglePoint. We have been assured by U.S. Bank that no detailed account or personal banking information was communicated to Epsilon and would have been accessed. For those agencies that partner with U.S. Bank for prepaid card services, these databases were never supplied to Epsilon for marketing or alert messages and therefore are not impacted. Prepaid cardholders with other U.S. Bank relationships, may have received notice of the breach from the Bank based on those other customer relationships.
