[Treasury-News] Oregon State Treasury Network Currently Down

Incoming ACH, ACH returned Items and Redeemed Check reports and files for July 11th are now available for agencies to view/pickup.

Treasury has now caught up to our normal processing schedule and no additional delays or impact are anticipated today.

Our network issues have been resolved and all of our systems are now operating normally.

Due to the system outage, distribution of Incoming ACH, ACH Returned items and Redeemed check reports and files will be slightly delayed this morning.  We will send a follow-up message when these reports and files are made available.

Site to Site ACH agencies should carefully check their confirmation e-mails that will be generated shortly after 10 AM this morning to ensure that we received all Site to Site files sent to Treasury for processing today.  We believe our Site to Site ACH FTP server was up and operating normally during our outage, but ask that agencies pay extra attention to their confirmation e-mails this morning.

Due to network issues, the Oregon State Treasury systems, website and e-mail is currently down.  This includes STAN Online and our Online Statements and Reporting portal.  Our fax machines and phone lines are up and running normally.

We do not currently have an ETA on when our systems will be restored, but will provide updates via this listserve as they become available.
