[Treasury-News] Monthly Treasury Transaction Fees Delayed

Monthly Treasury fees for ACH, Redeemed Checks and Account Transfers were not charged to agency accounts yesterday (3/31/16).  These monthly fees will be assessed against agency accounts today (4/1/16).
