No Endorsement of Third Party Vendor
Multiple agencies have recently reported receiving communications from a company called Submittable. These communications describe "active discussions" between Submittable and Treasury around development of a statewide pricing agreement for the company's services. Treasury is not in active discussions with Submittable and is not pursuing any contract or relationship with the company.

Treasury takes seriously the trust placed in us as the provider of banking and cash management solutions for state government. While Treasury contracts with a variety of financial institutions and financial services providers to deliver the services we offer, Treasury do not endorse third party vendors of banking or cash management solutions.

Agencies that desire to contract directly with third party vendors for the provision of banking or cash management solutions must follow appropriate procurement processes and seek Treasury's approval.
