Charges for PCI Compliance Manager
Agencies that accept merchant cards must maintain compliance with all applicable requirements of the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS). To ensure compliance, Treasury policy FIN 215 (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) Compliance Validation Requirements)<https://www.oregon.gov/treasury/public-financial-services/Documents/Public-Financial-Services-Cash-Management/FIN215.pdf> requires agencies to either procure a validation service offered by a qualified security assessor or enroll in the validation service provided by U.S. Bank/Elavon-PCI Compliance Manager.

During implementation of PCI Compliance Manager, U.S. Bank/Elavon has not charged agencies for the service. With most agencies now onboarded, U.S. Bank/Elavon will begin charging agencies for PCI Compliance Manager this month (charges will appear on your July merchant billing statement under "Other Fees").

Pricing
As a reminder, monthly charges for PCI Compliance Manager are based on the level of service an agency enrolls in, and fees are charged for each Merchant ID (MID) enrolled. Agencies qualify for discounted fees by validating compliance no later than 90 days after enrollment and annually thereafter on or before the anniversary date of enrollment/last validation. Agencies that fail to meet the validation deadlines will be charged standard fees until validation is complete.
