[US101_LincolnCityProject] U.S. 101 Modernization in Lincoln City: December Update

Thank you everyone who participated in our November open house. Over 100
people attended. Right now, I am working on a summary of the open house
and the comments we heard. We will include the summary in the facility
plan as well as share it online. 

We've provided information to the city about code changes to keep our
facility plan consistent with city code. The facility plan is needed so
we can build the project in affordable phases. 

We appreciate your willingness to continue to work with us to improve
U.S. 101 for everyone traveling in Lincoln City.
