[US101_LincolnCityProject] U.S. 101: Lincoln City Project Update for April

Hi Everyone,

We presented the conceptual layout to City Council in March and received
their concurrence to move forward with the development of a Facility
Plan based on the footprint. 

We are kicking off the development of the Facility Plan and expect to
have open houses for the plan this summer. ODOT and Lincoln City must
adopt the Facility Plan by the end of this year to meet the deadline.
Our funding may be at risk if we can not meet our deadline for Facility
Plan adoption. 

Once the Facility Plan is adopted we can start working on what we will
be able to construct. Phasing options will depend on how much money we
have available
