[West Coast Ocean Data Network] Free ISO Metadata Seminar

A free webinar "*Introduction to Geospatial Metadata*" presents the
concept, principles, and value of metadata utilizing the *International
Organization for Standardization (ISO) metadata *(
http://www.ncddc.noaa.gov/metadata-standards/metadata-training). It
provides the content and structure of the IS0 191** series metadata in
detail, along with methods for writing quality metadata. This online
training series consists of eight weekly sessions.  Each session will last
approximately one hour. Dates: Thursdays, January 16 - March 6, 2014.
