[WICCoordinator] OWCA on January 19, 2007 IS CANCELLED!

WIC Coordinators,  After hearing from many of you and some cancelling their trip I have decided to cancel the OWCA Meeting on Jan 19, 2007.  We are looking to reschedule for Feb 2 or 16.  Let me know what you think,  Sorry  Jean
