[WICCoordinator] New date for OWCA is Feb.2, 2007

Coordinators,  Many things helped in deciding the new date for the OWCA meeting.  We were able to get a room at the state building, the vote was 7 for the 2nd and 6 for the 16th with 5 able to go either way.  Also the 16th is the beginning of a three day weekend for many people.  So hope it works out for most of you.  Have a great weekend!
