[yscon] Value of Youth Services

Hello!

Do any of you have the outline or notes for a presentation on the value of Youth Services, that you would be willing to share? I have been asked to present at a staff training day for a library system that wants to expand their youth services. Right now they only have 2 youth services staff for 7 branches, and they want to impress upon the branch managers the importance of increasing services, best practices for teaching their staff how to interact more with families, etc.
Any help is appreciated!
