[yscon] another summer reading question about cslp

I let Idaho libraries request their format, as long as it's before the CSLP order deadline. Libraries that don't make a specific request receive a USB. I attached the email I sent out yesterday with the specific wording.

We have about 146 libraries/branches, give or take, depending on who isn't going to offer a program. Last year I purchased:

Program Manuals (paper copy and DVDs)

DVDs only

Online Access Code (one was for me)

USB

350

Upstart order catalogs (2 per library minimum, one for library, one for school or partner, and they can also request additional catalogs when they place their manual request. I order a couple dozen extra.)

For those of you who do CSLP, I'm wondering if anecdotally you'd be willing to share how many of your libraries get the manual vs the usb vs the online access?
