To get your money back, submit a claim form before August 31, 2007.

  a.. If you have records of your purchases, you can recover 100% of your documented out-of-pocket expenses. Your pharmacy should be able to give you a record of your Paxil purchases.  
  b.. Even if you cannot find records of what you spent on Paxil, you can still receive up to $100 by completing a claim form.
