prevention. This year, leading suicide prevention organizations have
united to encourage the public to Stop a Suicide Today. Start sharing
this mission today and make a difference in your community. Please join
us for the free teleconference,  Partners in Prevention: A united effort
to engage community members to learn how to recognize and respond to the
signs of suicideDate: Monday, September 24, 2007
Time: 2 PM * 3 PM (Eastern Time) The hour-long call will feature
speakers form key suicide prevention organizations including the
American Association of Suicidology, the Suicide Prevention Action
Network USA, and the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline.  Topics
include suicide prevention legislation, signs of suicide, responsible
reporting, and information about 1-800-273-TALK (8255) and its network
of crisis centers. There will be a Q & A section at the end.
