and brochure from NAMI on children's mental health and primary care:
 

NAMI releases resources on children*s mental health and primary care
The National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI) recently released a
survey on family experiences with primary care doctors in treating
children and adolescents living with serious mental illness. The group
has also developed a brochure targeting primary care providers on how to
encourage open communication about mental health and support families
who have a child living with a mental illness.
