I am pleased to announce that the 24/7 Reference Advisory Board has approved the Best Practices for Database Access document for distribution to members of the 24/7 Reference Cooperative!  This document has a twofold purpose: providing guidance to QuestionPoint administrators and offering strategies to chatting librarians.
