[Answerland] OCLC training recordings now available

Hello Answerlanders,

Recordings of the June OCLC trainings are now available to view<https://answerland.org/2017/06/21/questionpoint-online-training-recordings-june-2017/>.

I would appreciate it if you could fill out the evaluation<https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/OR_Answerland> after viewing - it's very short, and the first half gives feedback to OCLC, while the second half gives feedback to me (they are questions now required for IMLS-supported projects like Answerland).

Hello Answerland librarians,

OCLC is holding 4 training sessions for us in June:

*        Monday June 12, 10-11am: Ask Module

*        Wednesday June 14, 10-11:30am: Chat Module

*        Friday June 16, 10-11am: Reports Module

*        Monday June 19, 10-11am: Knowledge Base

Attached are details and registration links. Be sure to register for the sessions you want to attend.

The first three sessions (Ask, Chat, and Report modules) are not introductory sessions, but are going over some common areas of confusion and system nuances - see the attachment for details. The last session will introduce us to the Knowledge Base - something we don't have set up yet but could consider doing so. Each session has built in time for Q&A, so bring your questions!

If you are unable to attend, the sessions will be recorded for later viewing. And if you have questions for OCLC but cannot attend, go ahead and send them to me.
