[Answerland] shared followup question

I tried to take a look, but this is the message I see:

You are attempting to access a question which doesn't belong to your
institution. You may have entered the wrong question Id, or the question
may have been assigned to another institution. Please correct the problem
and try again.

I suspect this means the question has been claimed -- but if you're still
looking for input, maybe you could copy the actual question out to the list?
