  *   2018-06-15 22:00 Pacific Time through 2018-06-16 06:00 Pacific Time
  *   2018-06-16 23:00 Pacific Time through 2018-06-17 02:30 Pacific Time
  *   2018-07-14 21:00 Pacific Time through 2018-07-15 05:00 Pacific Time
