[Answerland] New chat interface live and available to use

Hello Answerlanders,

The redesigned QuestionPoint chat monitor is now live and available for use. To access, click on the "Preview" link next to Launch Chat in the left menu (see attached image).

Note: when you access it, you will be connected with live chats! If you want to practice, be sure to select the "Practice" queue.

The session will be recorded for those who are unable to attend.

The old and new interfaces will operate in parallel for at least two weeks. Once OCLC has confirmed that the new interface is performing as expected, they will give us the date on which access to the old version will end.
