[Boli_rules] BOLI extends comment period for Proposed Sick Time Rules .

Dear Interested Parties:

On November 14, 2017, the Bureau of Labor and Industries (BOLI)  filed with the Oregon Secretary of State a Notice of Proposed Rulemaking regarding proposed adoption of rules to implement Senate Bill 299 (2017) and update BOLI chapter 839 Division 7 Rules. Attached to this email please find the Notice with Proposed Rules.
The deadline for public comment on the proposed rules is hereby extended to 5 pm on December 29, 2017.  Members of the public are welcome to submit comments by mail or email prior to this deadline.
