[Boli_rules] BOLI extends comment period on rules regarding notice to employees about Earned Income Tax Credit

On November 29, 2017, the Bureau filed with the Oregon Secretary of State a Notice of Proposed Rulemaking regarding proposed adoption rules to implement Senate Bill 398 (2017) and update OAR chapter 839 division 20 rules.  Attached to this email are the Memo to Legislators and Interested Persons and the Notice and Proposed Rules.  The comment deadline is hereby extended to January 2, 2018 at 5:00 pm.
