[Boli_rules] BOLI Proposed Rulemaking Regarding Property Services Contractor Licensing

On July 27, 2018, the Bureau filed with the Oregon Secretary of State a Notice of Proposed Rulemaking regarding proposed adoption and amendment of rules that would make permanent existing temporary provisions which implement 2018's HB 4058 and revise requirements for property services contractors.
