[Boli_rules] BOLI Proposed Rulemaking Regarding Property Services Contractor Licensing

On July 27, 2018, the Bureau filed with the Oregon Secretary of State a Notice of Proposed Rulemaking regarding proposed adoption and amendment of rules that would make permanent existing temporary provisions which implement 2018's HB 4058 and revise requirements for property services contractors. Please see the attached rules notice and note that comments on the rules are due by August 21, 2018 at 5 pm.
