[Busmgrs] Tuition Reimbursements

Thank you all so much for your responses -- they have all been very helpful
to me!
It sounds like most of you already have your practices in place, but in
case anyone was curious: basically what I've found is that anything over
$5,250 is considered taxable unless it can be categorized as a Working
Condition Benefit. For it to be a Working Condition, it must maintain or
imporve skills for the job and it must meet the same requirements that
would apply for determining whether the employee could deduct the expense
had they paid it themself.
