[Busmgrs] Request for Proposals - transition Network Facilitator (ODE number 5401)

The Oregon Department of Education, Procurement Services Unit, releases on behalf of the Office of Learning- Student Services, a Request for Proposals (RFP) No. 5401 - Transition Network Facilitator.

Per Governor's Executive Order Number 13-04 - Providing Employment Services to Individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities, the Agency is directed to establish a Statewide Transition Technical Assistance Network to assist high schools in Oregon to provide Transition Services.

The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to award eight (8) contracts to qualified School Districts and Educational Service Districts (ESD) who will recruit a Transition Network Facilitator for their District or Region.

The attached RFP document gives more detailed information on the schedule of events, RFP Process, and requirements.
