[Busmgrs] May Warrants

Dear Business Managers,

The warrants for the May payment have been posted to the website. District warrants are here: http://www.ode.state.or.us/services/ssf/district-warrants-5-13-14.pdf. ESD warrants are here: http://www.ode.state.or.us/services/ssf/esd-warrants-5-13-14.pdf.

The May payment represents the final reconciliation for 2012-13. It is also the last payment of the 2013-14 payment cycle. The next payment will be a double payment in July for the 2014-15 school year.

For those districts that owe the state funds as a result of the reconciliation process, I will be sending out invoices to collect those funds in the next couple of weeks. If there are any questions about this process, please let me know.

The good news is that I plan to post an updated 2014-15 estimate by the end of this week. This will include all of the changes for 2013-14 for extended ADMw purposes and also incorporate changes made by the districts.
