[Busmgrs] 2013-14 Estimates

Dear Business Managers,

Here is the second half of the updated estimates. Earlier I posted 2012-13 and this is 2013-14. The only change from the previous estimate is that we updated the carve-outs. The largest change is that the Oregon Virtual School District has spent all of their biennial funding so that is reflected in the 2013-14 estimate. Other than the carve-out accounting, nothing else has changed.
