[Busmgrs] Business Manager/Deputy Clerk Contract template

If any of you have a good sample or template of a Deputy Clerk/Business
Manager contract for a small district, I would be interested in looking at
it.  You can redact salary and personal info...I'm look more for language
and content regarding contract days, working day, break days, vacation and
holidays.
