[Busmgrs] Business Manager/Deputy Clerk Contract template

We just have an MOU for Business Manager and Executive Secretary.  But the Superintendent would like to change Confidential staff agreement to a contract.  I would love to be copied on this reply if possible.

You can redact salary and personal info...I'm look more for language and content regarding contract days, working day, break days, vacation and holidays.
