A good morning to all,
My final mail of the morning is to let you know that the 2016 edition of the Program Budgeting and Accounting Manual (PBAM) has been posted to ODE's website on the Program Budgeting and Accounting Manual (PBAM) page.  From ODE's  homepage click on Education Funding/State School Fund (SSF)/Financial Budgeting and Accounting/ Program Budgeting and Accounting Manual (PBAM).  Here is the link:  http://www.ode.state.or.us/search/page/?=1605.  In addition to the 2016 PBAM posting, a spreadsheet detailing the changes between the 2014 and 2016 editions is posted under the title 2016 Changes made to the 2014 PBAM (Effective 7-1-17).

The 2016 PBAM goes live July 1, 2017 and will be your coding resource when you build your 2017-18 budgets.
