Dear Business Managers,

Happy start of the 2016-17 School Year! To celebrate the start of a new school year, I am doubling your payment for the month! Enjoy! For those of you wondering, yes the July payment is always a double payment. We do not make a payment in June so you get twice the fun in July.

The funds should be in your account today.

Please watch for the Common School Fund payment coming soon. This payment will be higher than the January Payment. The State Land Board voted, in April, to increase the distribution to the Common School Fund. Since the vote came after the January payment had been made, the full amount of the increase will occur in July.
