Good Morning!

 

The following policy has been updated and posted to the Oregon
Accounting Manual (OAM):

 

*       OAM 55.30.00 - SPOTS Card Program

 

The policy and procedure (which previously were published as separate
documents) have been combined into one document as required by the new
statewide policy format. In addition, this policy has been edited by the
DAS Communications Coordinator for plain language.

 

We thank those agencies who participated in the comment period. Your
suggestions for clarification are always appreciated. Please note the
changes made to the DEFINITIONS section and to paragraphs 103, 104, 112,
and 125 in response to agency feedback.
