Hello CAFR Contacts,



The statewide balancing reports have been updated and posted to the Web. The reports contain data as of July 13, 2012.


Please use these reports to monitor your agency's records and work with other agencies to correct any transactions that are out of balance at the statewide level or that have an incorrect GASB 38 code.

Remember, the statewide balancing reports will be updated three times a week during Month 13 on the following schedule:

The reports will be available for viewing the next day.  SARS will not send additional reminders, so please keep a copy of this email and the update schedule.
