Hello,

SFMS is pleased to announce that we have completed an R*Stars fix that will prevent auto reversal transactions that allow vendor information from returning with error codes EV5 Ven Name Not Blank and EV6 Ven Addr Not Blank. Agencies will no longer need to manually edit each detail transaction with these errors and save/release the batch.



Distributions to Subrecipients

SARS will be able to remove a sentence from their OAM 15.42.00 .116 f at http://www.oregon.gov/DAS/CFO/SARS/policies/oam/15.42.00.pdf regarding distributions to subrecipients' year-end accruals for each subrecipient.

TC 941 - Accrue distribution to subrecipient
Transaction code 941 will auto-reverse in the following month with transaction code 942. However, agencies must manually delete the Name, Address, City, State, and Zip Code from each reversal transaction in order to clear the 530 screen.

The auto reverse program shall continue to pass the vendor name and address information from the original transaction to the generated auto reversal transaction.
