[CAFR-Contacts-News] OAM Out-for-Comment - 01.05.00, Scope and Applicability

Hello CAFR Contacts,

SARS has placed OAM 01.05.00, Scope and Applicability out-for-comment.  The changes are primarily around updating agencies subject to the OAM, replacing the State Controller's Division with the Chief Financial Office, and expanding on how an agency requests an exception to the OAM.
