Good morning.

Comptroller object 0370, Federal Grant Subsidy, was created in R*STARS to record nonoperating grant revenue in a Proprietary Fund as per Codification 2450.708-5 which establishes that in proprietary funds (i.e. enterprise and internal service funds) grants generally should be reported as nonoperating activities unless the resources provided are representative of a contract for services.
