[Annual-Report-Contacts-News] OAMs out-for-comment

Good afternoon,

The following OAMs have been placed out-for-comment for the next two weeks on the OAM website (https://www.oregon.gov/das/Financial/Acctng/Pages/OAM.aspx). To aid agencies in understanding what's changed, a track changes version is also available.


*         OAM 50.10.00 Tax Issues: Education Assistance Payments

*         OAM 50.30.00 Tax Issues: Fringe Benefits - Vehicles

*         OAM 50.50.00 Tax Issues: 1099-MISC Reporting

*         OAM 50.60.00 Tax Issues: Mass Transit Tax

In each of the OAMs above, in addition to necessary edits, the existing separate policy (.PO) and procedure (.PR) OAMs have been combined, consistent with recent practice.

The comment period for each OAM will end at close of business on Friday, April 9 and any comments should be sent to me.
