[CAPP] File Cabinets Available to 501(c)(3)s

Equipment Available:  Time Sensitive
 
The State of Oregon, DHS, has equipment available at no cost to local non-profit agencies.  The cabinets are available because the state is moving to electronic record keeping.  Locally, we were the recipients of recycled modular state equipment for our Child Welfare office and, therefore, have 2 sofas available as well. 
 
The available equipment to local non profits and our distribution process follows.  
 
(1)  Available items include:
 
Three seat sofas, reasonable condition (2)
 
Two drawer steel file cabinet (1)
 
Four drawer steel file cabinets (9)
 
Five drawer steel file cabinets (2)
 
(2)  Interested parties should call Diane at 541.464.2041 or email her at Diane.J.Pietrzak at state.or.us with your specific request.   Diane will respond to you promptly to let you know if the item you want is still available.  She will also arrange a time for you to pick it up.
 
(3)  Once an agency is notified that the requested item is available & the pick up time is set, the receiving agency is responsible to remove the items from the second floor of the State Office Building at 1937 West Harvard, Roseburg.  An elevator is available.  Please bring your own furniture dolly.  
 
(4)  The preferred day to pick up items and move them is Friday, July 30, 2010.
