[collaborative-vr] Question: Person exploring California's potential VR service

PatJohn would be great to have at the meeting. He had questions for me
about AskUsNow! earlier this year (and just like a virtual reference
enthusiast, chat then email follow-up) that gave me the impression that he
was seriously into learning about how virtual reference services work.
