Good Afternoon HR & Payroll Partners,
We understand that in the coming weeks many of you may be working remotely and may not have the ability to send faxes to PERS to receive a status check. You may request a status check by phone by calling the PERS Employer Services Center between the hours of 8:30 to 12:00 M-F at 1-888-320-7377.
Please be aware that if you are requesting a status check for more than 4 individuals at one time, PERS will likely take down the information and return your call at a later time.
