Your 2019 PERS Member Annual Statement is on its way to your mailbox.
Your statement will provide you with a snapshot of your retirement benefits - including your pension and Individual Account Program (IAP) - through the year ending December 31, 2019.
If you do not receive your statement by June 1, 2020, contact PERS Member Services so we can check whether we have a valid mailing address for you.
Note: PERS Member Services typically experiences increased call and email volumes after statements are mailed out. Thank you for your patience.

Why am I receiving a 2019 statement in May 2020?
PERS cannot finalize annual statements until after the PERS Board adopts final earnings crediting<https://www.oregon.gov/pers/Pages/Financials/2019-Earnings-Crediting.aspx> for each calendar year. The board adopted final earnings crediting for the year ending December 31, 2019, at its March 30, 2020, meeting.
PERS also must work with more than 900 employers to ensure member contributions are accurate and complete before allocating final earnings, so members are not adversely affected by posting delays or corrections.

Senate Bill 1049 changes
Along with your statement this year, you will receive an insert about two upcoming changes triggered by Senate Bill 1049 (SB 1049) - IAP redirect (July 1) and IAP member choice (September 2020).
