Agency HR & Payroll Partners,

PERS is preparing annual statements for 2022. Please remind employees to be sure their address is up to date in Workday.  In order for the CPERS file to report an address change to PERS in time for statements to be mailed, it would need to be updated in Workday by January 31st 2023.

Here is some important information regarding updating addresses in the Workday system:


  1.  The address must be a legal address. The address cannot be left blank or contain an invalid address.
  2.  The address entered is sent to multiple systems including PERS, Payroll & PEBB. Accuracy is critical to ensure that paychecks, benefits and PERS statements are sent to the correct address.

DAS is asking for your assistance in communicating this message to employees at your agency.
