There are a few more OSPS fields that we will be altering so they no longer sum. It will be added to the update below.

Subject: [Datamart-News] OBIEE upgrades (coming soon)

We wanted to alert OBIEE users of the upcoming upgrades to the production region. First, the OBIEE version (12.2.1.3) will be upgraded to 12.2.1.4, on Sunday, Aug 21. Second, the OBIEE (RPD) subject area/field changes will occur on Tuesday, August 23 after 6pm. Last, the AIX OS (Operating system) will be upgraded on Thursday, August 25 at 5pm.

During the upgrades, OBIEE will be down. We will let you know when the upgrades have completed.

Additional info: With the subject area/field updates, we will be fixing the following:

-'OSPS Deductions': Dedn Pct Gross; Dedn Pct Net; Job Shr Pcnt (The listed fields will no longer auto sum.)

-'OSPS Labor and GPA': Hourly Pay Rate; Adj Base Rate; Base Pay Rate; Pay Rate; Pay Rate Unit (The listed fields will no longer auto sum.)

-'OSPS Leave Accrual': Adj Base Rate; Base Pay Rate; Hourly Pay Rate; Pay Rate (The listed fields will no longer auto sum.)

-Add/join the 'Grant No' profile table to the 'SFMS - Profiles: Grant Phase' subject area.

-Add/join the 'Fund D23' profile table to the 'Grant Financial' subject area (SFMS - Grant Financial and SFMS - Archive Grant Financial).
