[Domestic Violence issues]

In our December issue of the DOJ/DV Prosecutor newsletter, "The Good
Fight,"  we told you about a new project that was developed by OSP in
collaboration with OJD and DOJ that provides notification regarding
service of a protection order to petitioners via cell phone or email.
This notice is an ENHANCEMENT to the existing process. 

I've attached a "Fact Sheet" about this process that elaborates on the
information we've provided and offers answers to a few FAQs.
