[Domestic Violence issues]

I've got a DV trial tomorrow with a victim who is making himself scarce
and a judge who may not be familiar with the Camarena 208 Or App 575
line of cases.  Does anyone have a brief to share on the admissibility
of 911 calls without the victim present ?
